Vietnamese Prime Minister Pays Visit to Sofia

Sofia, June 5 (BTA) – The prime ministers of Bulgaria Boyko Borissov and of Vietnam Nguyen Tan Dung defined bilateral
commodity exchange as unsatisfactory and agreed on promotion of cooperation in the fields of tourism, the IT sector, energy, green energies, culture, sports and education. This transpired at a news briefing given after their meeting in Sofia. The Vietnamese Prime Minister is on a visit here along with members of the Vietnamese Government.
Apart from the support, given to Vietnam regarding the latter’s recognition as a country with market economy and its right to participate in the European market, Bulgaria also insists on compliance with international agreements, contracts and UN resolutions regarding the problems and the tensions in the East or South China Sea, the Bulgarian Prime Minister also commented. He voiced the view that the dispute between Vietnam and China should be peacefully resolved. More…
