The OSCE supports security measures undertaken by Minister Isak

FBiH Minister of the Interior Ramo Isak met today with the Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Thomas Busch, with whom he discussed the problem of domestic violence and violence against women.
As announced by FBiH MoI, Busch pointed out that he is familiar with the activities of the Ministry of the Interior to improve the situation in the field of security, and he supported several concrete measures that Minister Isak took in a short period from the day he assumed the duties of the Minister of the Interior.
Minister Isak pointed out that the OSCE is one of the key partners of the FBiH Ministry of Internal Affairs, and that the strengthening of cooperation between the FBiH MoI and the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue in the future.
Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Busch, commended Minister Isak’s decision to introduce the subject “Gender-based violence, juvenile delinquency and domestic violence” at the FBiH MoI Police Academy.
At the meeting, it was concluded that the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina will be actively involved in the development of the Curriculum in the mentioned subject, FBiH MoI announced.
