“The Republic of Kosovo continues to show international solidarity and commitment to the protection of human rights by providing temporary protection to Ukrainian journalists and their families at risk due to the war in Ukraine. This decision, in addition to the decision taken in 2022 for 20 journalists, aims to increase the number of Ukrainian journalists to whom the Republic of Kosovo will provide safe accommodation. Temporary protection will be provided in accordance with the asylum law and will have immediate effect from the date of entry into force of this decision”, he said./
