Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – At the initiative of President Jakov Milatovic, final-year students of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Montenegro (UCG) will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through a professional internship programme at the Office of the President of Montenegro.

The programme is based on a Memorandum of Understanding between the Office of the President and the Faculty of Economics, focusing on the fields of economic diplomacy, sustainable development, and modern economic policies.

“A public call for participation in the programme has been announced for final-year students with a minimum grade point average of 8.5. The professional internship programme will be carried out from 1 February to 31 July,” the PR Department of the President’s Office stated in a press release.

With mentoring support, three selected students will be involved in the day-to-day work of the Office of the President of Montenegro.

Milatovic said that the goal of the initiative is to enable high-achieving students to acquire practical knowledge and actively contribute to the work of public institutions.
