Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades continues his official visit to Russia with contacts in St. Petersburg, were he arrived Thursday night from Moscow.
In St. Petersburg, the President was welcomed by the Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, Evgeny Grigorıev.
On Friday President Anastasiades will visit the Hermitage Museum and will travel to the Smolny Palace, where he will be officially received by St. Petersburg Vice Governor Alexander Govorunov.
In the evening the President and his spouse have been invited to attend an opera performance at Mariinsky Theatre.
The President and his entourage return to Cyprus on Saturday.
