TIRANA, June 17/ATA/ Albanian “Butrinti” ship returned from the 25-day mission in the Mediterranean Sea, where together with the Croatian ship the “Dubrovnik” patrolled to secure the shipping lines.

Minister of Defense Niko Peleshi shared today in the social media moments from the mission of the “Butrinti” ship while he praised the professionalism of the Albanian naval forces.

“The Albanian crew once again showed professionalism and a high level of preparation in the detection, verification and detention of vessels that attempt to violate the safety of marine vessels that exercise the legal activity of transport, trade, tourism or fishing”, wrote Peleshi.
