Kosovo handball coach Jesper Ostlund has announced the squad that will represent Kosovo at the Taranto 2026 Mediterranean Games.

This will be the first time Kosovo’s national handball team participates in the Mediterranean Games, which are scheduled to take place from August 21 to September 3. The handball tournament itself runs from August 22 to September 1.

Due to their club commitments, most players from the senior national team will not be available for the event. Ostlund’s squad is mainly made up of U20 players, along with several senior internationals, mostly those playing for domestic clubs.

Kosovo will play in Group A alongside Egypt, Italy and Portugal. Its first match is against Egypt on August 23, followed by Italy on August 25 and Portugal on August 27.
