How much do citizens spend and where will they spend the happiest night of the year?

Celebrating the new year is a special feeling, but for the majority of citizens it is not celebrated the same as in previous years. Citizens say they don’t spend much because of the difficult economic conditions.

However, several different restaurants and clubs in the capital plan a festive night from December 30 to January 4, 2024, with different offers and famous singers.

Citizen Agim Fushtica tells KosovaPress that he spends only on gifts for children, adding that it is not the same atmosphere as before.

Whereas Ali Zhushi says that he will not spend a lot, and he will celebrate the New Year night with his wife.

Bajram Gashi says that he spends to some extent for parties, whereas he will celebrate New Year at home.

Ruzhdi Cakiçi complains about low salaries as the standard of living has increased and expenses are high.

Another citizen who did not want to be identified said that he will celebrate the happiest night of the year together with his wife and his family.

Otherwise, the prices for festive events in clubs and restaurants for the New Year vary from 20-30 euros for entrance to the clubs, whereas in restaurants from 60 euros per person. Famous names such as Tayna, Capital T, Butrint Imeri, Yll Limani, Dafina Zeqiri and many others will sing in the capital’s clubs.
