Greece and the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO) received top honours in the 10th annual Travvy Awards 2024 for tourism, held in the United States. Specifically, Greece won the gold award in the categories:

-Best Destination – Europe,

-Best Destination in the Mediterranean, and

-Best Cruise Destination in Europe.

At the same time, GNTO received a gold award as the “Best Tourism Board – Europe.”

The Travvy Awards honour the best suppliers, destinations, technology providers, attractions, airlines, cruise lines, etc., as selected by US travel agents. More than 200,000 US travel agency executives participated in this year’s voting procedure, registering their choices through Agent@Home magazine and TravelPulse.com.
