Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides will take part in the EU Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) in Brussels, which begins on Monday, which will focus on EU relations with Russia.
The debate is expected to provide political guidance for further work.
Ministers will discuss climate change diplomacy in preparation for the Paris climate conference in December 2015. They will also discuss the situation in Libya in the light of continuing violence.
The Council will discuss the fight against terrorism, following the attack against the French magazine Charlie Hebdo on 7 January.
Kasoulides will participate in a working lunch of the EU foreign Ministers with the Arab League General Secretary El Araby, which will discuss Syria, Iraq and the situation in the Middle East.
He will also hold separate meetings with EU Commissioner for Regional Policy Johannes Hahn, president of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D), Gianni Pittela, Chairman of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs Elmar Brok and member of the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament and the EP rapporteur for Turkey, Kati Piri.
Kasoulides will meet with Cypriot Euro MPs and return home on Wednesday.
