Romanians looking for a home to buy will be offered, April 16-19, more than 15,000 new housing units for between 17,600 and 155,000 euros, at the spring edition of the tIMOn real estate trade fair.
“This is the first such fair with the largest offering of housing units in general as well as with the largest offer of ultra-central, central and demi-central units. In the central area — Unirii-Dristor-Mall Vitan—Nerva Traian-Alba Iulia there are over 15 residential projects, and if we extend our search to Cotroceni, Herastrau, Aviatiei, Tineretului, the Carol Park, Vitan — Mihai Bravu, 1 Mai, Titan — traditional residential areas — we will have 20-30 more projects, so we can safely say that there are at least 50 developments on display located in central and ultra-central areas [of Bucharest City].
