The 2015 Summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Tbilisi has kicked off on Sunday night with an opening ceremony, on the Mikheil Meskhi Stadium in Georgia’s capital city.
As a premiere in the history of this competition, featuring over 3,800 athletes from 50 countries, the contests will last for six days, unlike the five-day duration until now.
Romania participates with a team of 66 de athletes and 18 trainers, COSR informs. Athlete Georgiana Iuliana Anitei was the flag bearer at the opening event. More…
