DefMin Dusa: Romania will continue to conduct joint exercises with its NATO partners

Defence Minister Mircea Dusa said Wednesday at the Smardan firing range, Galati County, that Romania will continue to conduct joint exercises with NATO partners, especially because the budget of the Defence Ministry permits.

“We will continue to stage joint training exercises with our NATO partners. It is an excellent thing that we can hold these exercises, which contribute to the joint training of our troops with troops from other NATO member states. This is possible because we have a larger budget this year; at the last budget revision we got additional funds. Part of the money is for staging training exercises for our troops,” said Dusa. More…
