Cyprus-Greece-Israel trilateral high level meeting underway in Nicosia

Economy, energy and tourism are the main issues on the agenda of the meeting of Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades and the Prime Ministers of Greece Alexis Tsipras and Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, which is underway in Nicosia.

Before the trilateral meeting, President Anastasiades held separate meetings with the Premiers of the two countries and their respective delegations.

The leaders are expected to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of water resources and also adopt a joint declaration. The three leaders will then make statements to the press and attend a luncheon hosted by the President of the Republic.

The Greek Premier, who held consultations with Netanyahu on Wednesday, in Israel, is accompanied by six Ministers. Netanyuahu is accompanied by Minister of Energy Yuval Steinitz.
