Sofia, August 11 (BTA) – A project called Balkan Cluster will promote economic development in the cross-border area between Bulgaria and Serbia, the participants in the project – the Bulgarian Foundation for Development of Entrepreneurship and Cluster House-Nis, told a BTA-hosted news conference.
