Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – According to Monstat, the average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €1,840 per square metre in 2024.

The Statistical Office has announced that the average price in new residential buildings was €1,810 per square metre in Podgorica.

The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Montenegro was €2,030 per square metre in the coastal, and €945 in the central, and €1,300 in the northern region.

The statistics do not reflect the supply and demand in the market, but are based on the prices calculated on the basis of the concluded purchase contracts.
