Podgorica, (MINA-BUSINESS) – The national carrier, Air Montenegro, will be operating with four aircraft during the summer season due to geopolitical circumstances preventing flights on the Podgorica – Tel Aviv route.
“With this in mind, Air Montenegro has proceeded with optimizing the flight schedule for the summer season and decided to cancel flights on the Podgorica – Munich route,” stated a press release issued by the airline.
During the summer, the company will fly from Podgorica to Belgrade, Bratislava, Zurich, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Istanbul, Ljubljana, Lyon, Nantes, Ostrava, Paris, and Rome, while Tivat will be connected with regular flights with Baku, Belgrade, Brno, Istanbul, Izmir, Ljubljana, and Prague.
“As a responsible company where passenger needs and market demand are a priority, and which always acts after conducting detailed analyses in such and similar situations, we take this opportunity to apologize to our valued passengers,” Air Montenegro stated.
The company reminded that it will operate the Podgorica-Frankfurt route to Germany three times a week, on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, in addition to charter flights to the German market.
