120 young Croatians to attend voluntary military training in Požega

ZAGREB,В  23 Feb (Hina) – A group of 120  voluntary conscripts arrived in the military barracks in Požega for the eight-week training, the defense ministry reported on Friday.

This first group in 2024 consists of 11 women and 109 men.

Since 2008 to date, 9,519 men and 1,603 women have successfully undergone voluntary military training.

Upon the completion of the eight-week training, these 120 young women and men can apply for professional services in the army. In the current group of voluntary conscripts, 118 are from Croatia and two are Croatians from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
